 … About Stacey Fru
The Foundation is named after this fun-loving and bubbly young girl born on the 16th of February 2007 in Johannesburg. Stacey is the 2nd of 4 children and the youngest multiple award-winning author of Chapter Books on the continent, if not in the world, who wrote her first book; ‘Smelly Cats’ without her parents’ knowledge at the age of 7. This book was approved by the South African Department of Basic Education as suitable for learners from Early Childhood through to Primary School. Stacey won 3 awards for Smelly Cats before her 2nd book, ‘Bob and the Snake’ was published at age 9. Play Your Part, because her Foundation is newsworthy.
