Stacey Fru, born in 2007, is an internationally acclaimed child author and activist. Her inspiring journey began at the age of 7 when she penned her debut book, “Smelly Cats,” without her parents’ initial awareness. Stacey is notably the youngest author whose work has been endorsed as appropriate educational content for primary schools in South Africa. Her commitment to inclusivity is evident in her efforts to make one of her books accessible in Braille and Daisy formats.
